Core Responsibilities
The position focuses on high-impact deal execution within lean teams. Analysts are expected to:

• Complex Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial projections and valuation analyses for transformative corporate transactions.
• Transaction Execution: Manage the end-to-end deal process, including the creation of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and investor presentations.
• Strategic Advisory: Perform deep-dive industry benchmarking and research to provide tailored insights for C-suite clients.
• Direct Exposure: Participate in client-facing meetings and provide real-time support during live negotiations.
